When Will I Get My Monthly DVD?

If you are a Platinum Member of Web Cooking Classes, you will receive a DVD in the mail each month with the weekly lessons from that month. This is in addition to your unlimited monthly online access.

This is how the process works:

• When you upgrade to Platinum, you are automatically shipped DVD 1, containing Weeks 1-4 of Web Cooking Classes.
• If you are in the US, your DVD should arrive within 10-14 business days of your original order. Please allow up to 28 days for international shipping orders.
• You are automatically added to a schedule to get shipped the monthly DVD for as long as your membership stays active.
• You should look to receive your DVD approximately every 30 days.
• To determine if your DVD is late or missing, you must know your original order date. If you ordered on January 1, your original shipdate is January 3rd, to arrive within 14 days so you can expect your monthly DVD from the 20th-30th of each month.
