A Note About the Videos:

We have made every effort to provide the highest quality viewing for our Web Cooking Classes clients and are constantly working on improvement as technology increases.

That said, everyone's computer is different with regard to speed and internet access. Because these videos are long, you may encounter pauses and stops if the video is not fully buffered before you start to view it. To avoid this, we recommend hitting play on the video and waiting for it to download (and start to play). When it starts to play, pause it (the button all the way to the left on the bottom of the player). You will notice that the BLUE line at the very bottom of the player starts and continues to "fill in". This is the buffer. When the video playback catches up to the buffer, a pause occurs. For best playback quality, please allow this BLUE line to fill in entirely (or enough to adequately "stay ahead" of the playback), indicating that the video is fully buffered - and you should be able to watch it completely without interruption. For the best viewing experience, we recommend Mozilla FireFox browser. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Support Center.
